Azzzoy uses a single push to insert and lock a fastener, without threads or tightening torque. Clamping force is set by the design.
Design options include:
• Removable, reusable or permanent fastening
• Round, rectangular and irregular holes
• Variable material thicknesses and blind cavities
• Metals, polymers and composite materials
• Manual or automated assembly
Manufacturing options include extrusion, cold heading, injection moulding, machining and additive manufacturing, depending on the design and material.
